MEET US AT DANIEL’S HEAD BEACH PARK!
A relaxed SOCIAL morning run — no registration needed, just show up and bring good energy.
Join us for a social run, a post-run BBQ in the park, and an ocean dip to cool off! Stick around to eat, unwind, and spend time with the GMRC crew!
REMINDERS:
• Bring water
• All paces welcome — run, jog, or walk your way
• Choose between a 3-mile or 5-mile route
• Wear comfortable, lightweight attire
• Don’t forget your sunscreen or hat
• Eat something light before you come
• Refreshing beverages will be available post-run
